GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed in accordance with and interpreted under Nevada law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration according to the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Las Vegas.
